Our 2-year labor warranty in plain language

Updated Sep 6, 2026

What the warranty covers

Every repair we perform comes with a 2-year labor warranty. If the same issue we repaired comes back within two years because of how the work was done, we come back and fix it at no additional labor charge. This is written on your invoice at the time of the original job, so you always have it on hand.

What the warranty does not cover

The 2-year warranty covers our labor only. Parts follow the manufacturer's own warranty terms, which vary by product and are usually noted on the part's documentation or box. If a part fails due to a manufacturer defect after our labor warranty period on a job where the part is still under its own warranty, we will help you work through that with the manufacturer, but the part replacement cost itself follows their terms, not ours.

What can void coverage

  • Work performed by someone else on the same fixture or line after our repair.
  • Damage from an unrelated cause, like a new leak somewhere else in the system.
  • Normal wear and tear over time that is unrelated to the original repair.

Our warranty is not transferable. It applies to the person who owned the home, or was the customer of record, at the time of the original repair. If you sell your home, the warranty does not automatically pass to the new owner.

How to use it

If you think a past repair has failed within the two-year window, call dispatch and reference your original invoice number if you have it. We will schedule a visit to assess whether it falls under warranty. If it is the same issue from the same repair, there is no additional labor charge. If it turns out to be a new or unrelated issue, we will explain why and give you a normal written quote for that separate work.

Why two years, and why we do not claim more

We stand behind our work, and two years is a period we can back with confidence based on how we do the job, using solid materials and proper technique. We do not advertise a lifetime warranty, because that would not be an honest claim for us to make. What we offer is a real, written, two-year promise on our labor, applied the same way for every customer.
